ORDERING |
Our art department checks all submitted artwork files before starting any of our processes. You are still responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files. We encourage you to proof read all files carefully before submitting them.

If you have multiple files, you may want to zip them into a single file and send them all at once. You may also send them individually if you prefer.
QUOTING
We will need as much information as possible to accurately quote a potential project or job. Please provide us with as many items from the list below. If all or any of the items are not available, we can still process the request with a rough estimate. Whenever possible, send a picture of a finished piece or sample you would like us to match.

REFERENCES FOR ORDERING DIES
Whenever possible, please send your artwork as a single digital file. Please take the time to prepare your art files by using spot colors to identify your embossing or stamping needs. We do not require all the elements that are used for process printing. Below is a list of references for preparing files and contact information.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE & SIMULATIONS
During the planning stages or during the job in progress, technical assistance is offered as well as help in the ordering process. Illustrated educational materials are available as important communication devices to clarify dialog with our customers. In some specific designs, a visual simulation of the final embossing can be sent to the client for approval before the dies are made.
